The Organizing Committee of the First Private Universities Football Championship Holds a Meeting to Put the Final Touches for the Launch of the Championship

The Organizing Committee of the First Private Universities Football Championship for the Palestine Cup held a meeting headed by Captain Louay Hadiyan and Professor Amin Alian, and attended by the Directors of Activities at the six participating private universities, with the aim of putting the final touches for the launch of the championship.
At the opening of the meeting, Captain Louay Hadiyan stressed the importance of the championship, which comes within the framework of the private universities' keenness to support sports activities and provide a healthy atmosphere for fair competition among university students.
He expressed his expectation that the championship will witness strong competition between the participating teams, and will contribute to discovering young talents in the field of football.
For his part, Professor Amin Alian thanked all participating private universities for their cooperation, stressing the importance of this championship in achieving the goals aimed at building an active and vibrant university community.
The participants in the meeting reviewed the agenda, which included discussing the division of teams, preparing the championship schedule, and determining the timetable for implementation.
The meeting concluded with the approval of the schedule and date for the launch of the tournament, which was set for tomorrow, Friday, after the weekly march at exactly five o'clock in the afternoon at Sam Recreational Stadium, where the teams of Tontak University and Azal University will meet in the opening match.
It is worth noting that the tournament will include six universities: the University of Science and Technology, the Emirates University, Tontak University, Azal University, Al-Nasser University, and the Yemeni University.
The organizing committee had extended an invitation to all members of the participating universities, including academic and administrative staff and students, to attend the launch event of the tournament.
